In the process of using the oxygen generator, there will be no power supply, which is judged to be a problem with the power motherboard and display board. The following steps are how to replace the power motherboard and display board of the oxygen concentrator.
Step 1: Remove the 4 screws at the bottom of the machine (as shown in Figures 1, 2, 3, 4) and the 2 screws under the display frame (as shown in Figures 5, 6).
Step 2: Detach the filter cover at the back of the machine and remove the 2 screws behind it (as shown in Figures 1, 2).
Step 3: Remove the screw located on the top of the machine.
Step 4: Gently tap both sides of the oxygen concentrator with your hands. Once the display assembly becomes loose, carefully pry off the display panel.
Step 5: Remove the four screws securing the display board, disconnect the ribbon cable, and replace the display board.
Step 6: Remove the two screws on the display frame, then open the plastic casings on both sides to expose the power supply board.
Step 7: Disconnect all cables from the power supply board and remove its 2 mounting screws.
Step 8: Install the new power supply board, reconnect all cables, and reassemble the machine housing completely.
